What is HABICRAFT?
HABICRAFT is a building competition that will take place in the digital platform that is Minecraft. Teams of three to four will work together to construct their own house. These teams can be both university students and non-university students so anyone can join. All UIUC students can use Minecraft: Education Edition and help with downloading the program is in one of the guides linked below. Each member of the team may pay $5 to take part in the event. *A team must be composed of players who are all using either Minecraft Java Edition or Minecraft: Education Edition
The
Prizes
The winning team will receive a prize of a custom laser printed wooden plaque.
Keychains will also be given to individuals who raise $10 and a mini plaque for those that raise $15.

About the Competition
The goal for this competition is to raise funds for the Habitat for Humanity UIUC Student Chapter. This year we aim to raise $10,000 in order to meet the requirements for multiple grants that are worth $30,000 onto their own for a total of $40,000. This would greatly help pay for the building of another home next year.
